The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment while supporting the overall operation of Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. This position plays an important role in ensuring that dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and available for staff throughout service.

Responsibilities include operating the commercial dishwasher, washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and returning clean items to their proper storage areas. The Dishwasher also helps maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing and kitchen areas, removes garbage and recycling, cleans floors and work surfaces, and assists kitchen staff with general duties as required.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift and carry kitchen supplies and equipment. Strong teamwork, reliability, attention to cleanliness, and a positive attitude are important for success in this role.

* Washing and sanitizing dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
* Operating and maintaining the commercial dishwasher safely.
