Job Description
Under the direction of the Facility Manager, assists in routine checks, minor repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities, maintenance of the floor, some woodworking and plumbing work, and performs deep cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards and requirements.
Qualifications
- High school or relevant course completed.
- Minimum 6 months related experience in preventative maintenance and minor building repair work
- Able to perform heavy lifting tasks and visual acuity to ensure cleaning tasks are performed to standard
- Computer proficiency and comfort level using computer applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
