About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful software implementations in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive leader who thrives on managing complex projects, building strong relationships, and driving results.
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution, collaborating with clients, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes. You'll play a critical role in maintaining project transparency, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This is an opportunity to lead high-impact implementation and transformation initiatives while helping shape project management best practices across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery against defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign work effectively to maximize productivity and project success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Drive accountability across project teams while fostering collaboration and maintaining focus on key objectives and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, priorities, milestones, and critical path activities to stakeholders at all levels.
- Create transparency through integrated project plans, structured governance, and clear reporting practices.
- Identify gaps in project delivery processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
- Optimize project schedules, resource utilization, and delivery methodologies to reduce risk and improve project performance.
- Ensure project activities align with organizational goals, strategic priorities, and client expectations.
- Standardize project management tools, templates, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with sales and proposal teams to develop project plans, resource requirements, and implementation timelines for prospective clients.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in a SaaS, software implementation, or technology consulting environment.
- PMP certification, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management tools.
- Experience with enterprise software implementations.
- Experience managing full lifecycle SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience leading global or distributed project teams.

- Demonstrated success managing 3-4 concurrent projects.
- Experience delivering at least four full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
