What You’ll Do
- Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients, subtrades, adjusters, and insurance companies.
- Manage claims, inspections, and work orders with precision and detail.
- Oversee multiple projects and resolve challenges proactively.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in restoration, including insurance-related projects.
- WRT and FSRT certifications (additional IICRC certifications are an asset).
- Strong technical skills with industry tools (DASH, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Docusketch, Encircle, Symbility, CoreLogic, Microsoft Office).
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety practices.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
- Secondary education in Construction Management or related field is an asset.
