Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Canada: $182000 - $186000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, responsive user interfaces for the CXAS Console, empowering developers to seamlessly build, evaluate, deploy, monitor, and optimize enterprise-grade generative AI agents.

Architect and implement intuitive, AI-centric workflows that simplify complex agent configurations, directly contributing to an evolving AI-infused front end that serves customers globally at scale.

Build robust, performant front-end components capable of managing real-time interactions, data visualizations, and testing interfaces for agents engaging in complex, open-ended dialogues and autonomous tasks.

Collaborate closely with UX design, product management, and ML engineering partners to translate technical constraints into intuitive, user-centric front-end solutions.

Provide front-end architectural oversight, set UI engineering best practices, and coach team members to drive engineering excellence within a changing, collaborative environment.
