What You'll Do
As a Server, you'll play an important role in creating the exceptional Guest experience Boston Pizza is known for by:
- Delivering friendly, genuine, and attentive service to every Guest
- Building lasting relationships by creating memorable dining experiences
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing knowledgeable menu recommendations, including food, beverages, and promotions
- Ensuring every order is delivered with quality, accuracy, and care
- Processing payments accurately and responsibly
- Working collaboratively with the Kitchen, Bar, Hosts, and fellow team members
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
- Practicing responsible alcohol service and following all food safety standards
- Helping create an outstanding experience for every Guest
