Dairy Queen is currently seeking a **Full-Time Shift Lead** to join our fast-paced and customer-focused team.

While previous shift lead or management experience is preferred, we are also open to strong candidates with fast food experience who demonstrate leadership potential. _Training as a crew member will be provided before stepping into the Shift Lead role._

* **Wage:** Starting at 18.00/hour

**Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service
* Food preparation and food safety compliance
* Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
* Lead, support, and motivate team members during scheduled shifts
* Count and balance cash drawers
* Prepare daily bank deposits
* Assist with inventory control and product management
* Uphold Dairy Queen brand standards and operating procedures

**Qualifications**

* Previous shift lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred
* Previous fast food or quick-service restaurant experience required
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable and flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
