Compensation

  • $85,000 – $90,000 per annum base salary

Responsibilities

  • Preparing for and attending AGM’s.
  • Responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Preparing annual budgets and reviewing financial statements.
  • Collecting strata fees.
  • Source contractors and coordinate maintenance/repairs.
  • Complete work orders.
  • Administer service agreements and contracts.
  • Site inspections.
  • Advise strata council as per the Strata Property Act policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate strata insurance claims.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience as a Strata Manager
  • Holds valid strata license
