* Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to repair and fabricate parts
* Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to perform precise welding tasks
* Machinery Maintenance: Repair and maintain metal structures and equipment critical to operational success
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with customers or owners to keep operations running smoothly

* Welding Certification or equivalent hands-on experience (MIG, TIG, Stick welding preferred)
