  • Support employees with basic workplace technology inquiries and equipment needs.
  • Manage workplace inventory including laptops, peripherals, docking stations, headsets, and other office equipment.
  • Utilize workplace systems and applications to support seating, furniture, access control, and employee services.

Promote Safety & Operational Excellence

  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives.
  • Report hazards, concerns, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, building management, and service providers to continuously enhance the workplace experience.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines hospitality, professionalism, and strong organizational skills with a genuine desire to help others.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, customer service, office administration, events, or a related field.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.
  • Experience coordinating events or workplace programs is considered an asset.

Why Join BGIS?
