We are hiring a full time Cook to start immediately.

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Oversee kitchen operations
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work area
* May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

* Previous kitchen experience would be preferred
* Willing to train
* Must be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification (paid by the employer)
* Must be available to work 48 hours per week\<
* 6AM to 8PM week and weekends (you can work 14 hour days or 7 hour days, to discuss further details,
