Bradken needs candidates with a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education and an Office Administration Certificate preferred. Candidates need advanced Microsoft Office and data entry skills, experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations, and knowledge of ERP systems.
Candidates need a tertiary degree in marketing, business or communications and several years of B2B product marketing in mining, manufacturing or similar industrial settings. Experience with CRM data, multi-channel campaigns and AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot is also expected.
